DECO - Mesh satellite lost uplink

It is rare, but a satellite unit can “forget” wireless uplink connectivity to the primary unit. 

This can typically be resolved with a factory reset within TAUC. 

Confirm Pre-Configure is enabled for Deco units to re-configure themselves with the customer’s preferred WiFi network name and password.

 

To restore IoT device compatibility, re-configure 2.4GHz network to 20mhz channel width
